Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Community Cleanups, Drug Prevention and Human Rights Education

In Q4 2025, volunteer groups linked to Scientology humanitarian campaigns highlighted a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup covered community cleanups and practical civic service, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

The roundup references work in several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual community cleanups Europe prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone.
